The Regional State Administrative Agency provides advice in the handling of administrative matters. The advice may concern information on the services provided by the Regional State Administrative Agency and on the initiation, investigation and procedures of matters falling within the responsibilities of the Regional State Administrative Agency. Advice is free of charge.
The Regional State Administrative Agencies are open between 8 a.m. And 4:15 p.m. on weekdays.

Customers calling the Regional State Administrative Agency are charged the local network fee (date) for landlines and the mobile phone charge for mobile phones.

This number uses a callback service. If the customer does not respond to the callback, they will automatically receive a notification via SMS and will be recalled.

The Nationwide Telephone Service of the OSH authorities is open Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 11:30 am and 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm. Service in English is available Tuesday to Thursday 9:00 am – 12:00 noon. If you call from a landline phone in Finland, the rate is the standard local network rate. If you call from a mobile phone in Finland, the rate is the standard mobile rate. The actual cost depends on your subscription with the operator.

To ensure the initiation of the matter, it is recommended to use the e-mail addresses of the Regional State Administrative Agencies' registries instead of a personal e-mail. When sending e-mail, it should be noted that e-mail messages arrive in the Regional State Administrative Agencies unsecured, so the information in the messages is not secure from third parties.
The registry shall send a notification of receipt of the message during the office's opening hours.
